Master Technician and Vehicle Technician

Porsche Centre Tewkesbury, is looking for a Master Technician and a Vehicle Technician to service and repair vehicles and maintain them to the very highest standards our customers have come to expect.

To be considered for the role you must be apprentice trained and qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle, Maintenance & Repair or NVQ equivalent. You will ideally have at least two years experience of working in a franchised dealership.

So if you have the qualifications combined with enthusiasm and commitment, and want to work on a prestigious brand in superb facilities, you could be just the person we are looking for.

Salary negotiable.

Warranty and Vehicle Preparation Administrator

As the Warranty and Vehicle Preparation Administrator you will process all warranty claims, coordinate and manage the preparation of sold and stock cars whilst working to key timescales and communicating with all relevant departments involved.

Duties, responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Complete and close all Warranty invoicing
  • Submit claims to Porsche Cars (GB) in the required timescales
  • Check warranty settlements against amount claimed in Warranty Register, bringing any differences to the attention of the Customer Service Manager and as instructed liaise with Manufacturers Warranty Department
  • Carry out monthly warranty self audit
  • Download all WIP requests from Sales Administration and then load theses according to available man hours
  • Complete and invoice repair orders with accurate costs and times involved
  • Input accurate information and prepare reports for managing control procedures as and when required 

The successful candidate will be self motivated, process driven and work well within a team.
