At Porsche Centre Tewkesbury, we offer an uncapped bonus scheme to our Technicians with a basic pay of £25,000 - £30,000 based on experience and qualification. Our bonus scheme gives our Technicians the opportunity to earn up to £40,000 per year.
We are looking to employ an experienced Vehicle Technician to work with us at one of the World’s most exciting and prestigious brands, in some of the industry's finest facilities - all whilst providing you with a sense of belonging to a community of like-minded people who have a passion for getting things right first time and putting our customers above everything else.

Based at our Porsche Centre in Tewkesbury, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles within the required timescales and to the high standards our customer’s expect.
The successful candidate must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanical, Maintenance & Repair or GNVQ equivalent and have experience of working in a recognised franchised dealership. While we do require specific credentials in order to be considered for the role, we are committed to offering a tailored training programme both from Porsche and Dick Lovett Group to improve your confidence at work and to equip you with all the skills you need to do your job well – however far you want to take your role, we are right behind you!
